Accreditations

Qattro has achieved ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance Accreditation through SAI Global, the global leader in quality assurance testing. Only companies that have met the rigorous requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard are permitted to display the 5 Ticks™ logo, and Qattro is one of a privileged few building companies in South Australia to have been officially recognised for this level of quality and management expertise.

As part of its management system, Qattro rigorously applies continuous self checks and audits in an attempt to achieve Zero Defects, and then invites external auditors to periodically review its operations. Qattro also has every construction inspected at four critical stages by independent building inspectors, providing written reports to Qattro's Construction Supervisors, who immediately remedy any defects. When defects are reported, problems are not only fixed; their causes are determined and remedied to minimise the chances of it ever occurring again.

Qattro is currently planning certification of its Environmental and OH&S management systems to Australian standards to further improve performance in these areas.

Qattro also believes in the need for and is working towards developing a Zero Harm policy for its work practices. The company strives to strike a balance between achieving financial prosperity through growth and activity, and minimizing any effects its actions may have on the environment and the community.

Awards

Qattro is confident that its quality of work, and execution of design, is consistent with ‘best in class' levels, and accordingly will regularly nominate for both the HIA and MBA House of the Year annual awards with high expectations.
