Property investors are seeking quality tenants who provide full information on their application with references from previous landlords or property managers and are prepared to sign a long term lease and pay bond immediately upon acceptance.

What should I consider when looking at renting property? There are many things to consider when looking at properties, but when looking to rent it is important to consider:
Can I attend open inspections?
Qattro Property Management want to meet you and will only rent a property to you if you attend an inspection and view the property.

Am I ready to move?
The application form will request you state your move in date. It is expected that the bond and 2 weeks rent be paid prior to this and the lease signed and the move in date is when you pick up keys and move. For a property that is currently vacant a landlord would always prefer a tenant to be able to move in sooner rather than later.

Can you afford the rent?
The primary purpose of the application form is to determine that you are able to afford the rent. It is important that you are honest with yourself on this.

Is the property suitable for your needs?
This should go without saying but if you have special circumstances that are important to you it is imperative that you attend an inspection of the property and check that these will be satisfied by the property.
